What do you think of the card meter?

Card meters are set differently by each manufacturer, but most of their performance is consistent.

1. The plug-in meter will display the total power consumption of the meter.

There are mainly several digit display in different ways. At present, there are 4-for-4 and 8-for-8 displays in the market. 8-for-8 displays are more intuitive, accurate to 2 after the decimal point. Three card type ammeter: 1. The ammeter is qualified in the factory inspection and sealed with lead seal. It can be installed and used. If there is no lead seal or it has been stored for too long, the relevant department shall be asked to verify the sealing again before installation and use.

2. The meter shall be installed in a dry and ventilated place, and the bottom plate of the meter shall be fixed on a solid and fire-resistant wall, which is not easy to vibrate, and the height of the meter is about 1.8m.

3. Connect the wiring diagram, tighten the wiring screws, and fasten the connecting plate in the terminal box.

4. The actual electric energy shall be calculated by multiplying the indication of the connected ammeter with the transformer by the transformation ratio.

5. Power purchase preparation: before power purchase, the user must insert the IC card into the card holder once, so as to return the data in the table to the computer database.

6. Power purchase mode: when selling power, insert IC card into IC card reader and writer, operate computer at the same time, and write user number, pre purchased power, alarm power, capacity limit mode and capacity limit power into IC card.

7. Use of power card: insert the power card into the card holder. If it is an effective power card, the meter will automatically read the data into the meter. The LCD meter display screen will successively display: power purchase, total power purchase, number of times of power meter, alarm power, credit limit and capacity limit power. 8. Operation display: during the operation of the meter, the remaining electricity and total electricity consumption are displayed in turn

9. Over capacity alarm: during the operation of the meter, if the "alarm indicator" flashes rapidly, it will warn the user that the power has been over capacity. If the meter is set in the mode of over capacity power-off and capacity limitation, after 30 seconds of over capacity power consumption, the switch will be opened for 3 minutes, and the countdown display (180 seconds) will restore the power supply time; if the user plug-in card responds, the power supply can be restored immediately.

10. Storage limit: if the purchase power + remaining power > storage limit (10000kwh), the purchase power will not be read in, and the display will display the "remaining power" prompt, and the power in the card is still valid.

11. Warning: when the remaining power in the meter is less than 2 times of the "alarm power", the "alarm indicator" will flash (with an interval of 1 second) to remind the user to purchase power. At this time, if the plug-in card is supported to respond, the "alarm indicator" will flash with an interval of 2 seconds to avoid power failure warning.

12. Power off warning: if the user does not plug in the card to respond to the warning, when the remaining power is the alarm power (or 10% of the electricity purchased this time) agreed by the user, the meter will switch off and power off alarm, and the "switch on" prompt will be displayed.
