Applications:

It is suitable for the condition that the temperature after cooling is higher about 15 ℃ than the local hottest monthly average dry bulb temperature. It can be used for high temperature medium cooling or medium condensation.

Working principle:

Air cooler is a kind of equipment which uses ambient air as cooling medium and air sweeps across the finned tube to cool or condense the high temperature process fluid in the tube, be called as "air cooler", also known as "air cooled heat exchanger".


Component features:

Tube bundles: Finned tube bundles are the main heat transfer components. The common fin material is AL. The fin forms are winding L and rolling DR. The finning ratio is 23.4. The common structure of tube header is plug type, pipe header, detachable cover type tube header, etc.

Fan: Through the forced convection of the fan, the cold air passes through the fins to cool or condense the hot materials in the pipe. The blades of the fan are usually made of FRP B or aluminum alloy L, and the number of blades is generally 4 and 6.

Louver: Usually used to prevent rainstorm or sunshine on the negative impact of fins, commonly used materials of aluminum alloy or galvanized steel, commonly used operation for manual SC or automatic ZC.
